Set Boundaries
Dr. Rozen emphasizes that a lack of boundaries, whether at work or at home, can exhaust your mental energy by catering to others’ demands, leading to burnout. To preserve your mental energy and feel better, it’s essential to set and maintain boundaries.
Prioritize
Dr. Rozen’s 0-10 Rule, discussed in her book The 6% Club, helps you prioritize what truly matters and let go of the rest. “Doing it all is an illusion; it is not humanly possible,” says Dr. Rozen. Focusing on what matters most allows you to maintain work-life balance, rest, and self-care while still accomplishing your goals.
